Return and Refund Policy

At Nasamt Dukhun Perfumes & Cosmetics LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

Return Acceptance Conditions

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and accessories.

All products are returnable as long as they meet the above conditions.

Any product showing signs of use or damage resulting from improper storage or handling will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Method

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The refund process begins after we receive and inspect the product and confirm it meets the return conditions.

Return Shipping Fees

Within the UAE: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on the part of the store.

International Customers (Outside the UAE): The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error by our staff, such as sending the wrong or damaged product.

Situations where the store covers shipping costs:

Sending a product different from the one ordered.

Product arriving damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Incomplete order contents.
