Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and select international destinations. Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination and the shipping partner used.

Delivery Times

Orders within the United Arab Emirates are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Orders to GCC countries are typically delivered within approximately 7 business days. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees within the United Arab Emirates range between AED 25 and AED 30 depending on the delivery area, and may be higher for remote areas. Shipping fees to GCC countries start from AED 53 depending on weight and destination. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted and licensed shipping partners, selected according to the customer's location, delivery speed, cost, and service availability in the area.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, our customer service team will contact the customer directly to assess the situation. If the issue is due to an error by Nasamt Dukhun LLC or the shipping partner, the customer will receive a full refund or a replacement shipment. If the issue is due to an error on the customer's part, such as an incorrect address or failure to respond to the shipping partner, the customer will not be eligible for compensation.

Remote Areas

We deliver to all areas within our shipping zones, including remote areas, although shipping fees may vary depending on the customer's location.

Additional Information

Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or weather conditions. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information provided at checkout.
