Return and Refund Policy

At Nasamt Dukhun LLC, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Products showing signs of use or damage resulting from improper storage or handling will not be accepted for return.

Exchange and Refund Options

If the product is still available in stock, customers may request an exchange for the same item or an alternative product of equal value. If the product is no longer available, the customer will receive a full refund via bank transfer to their account.

Refund Processing

Once a returned product is received and inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions above, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the customer's account.

Return Shipping Fees

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is the result of an error on the part of Nasamt Dukhun LLC, in which case the company will bear the shipping cost.
